Voss Kveik is a top-fermenting yeast characterized by rapid fermentation at very high temperatures, but maintaining a neutral taste with mild citrus notes.
M12 Kveik yeast is suitable for a variety of styles, from Norwegian lagers to pale ales and IPAs.
Attenuation: High (77-82%)
Flocculation: Very high (5/5)
Instructions for use: Method of use: Pour the contents directly onto no more than 23l of wort. Suitable for fermentation at 20-40°C, but for optimal results ferment at 30-40°C.
