Wheat malt can be added at 5% to most pale beers to increase foam stability without affecting cloudiness or flavor. Wheat beer uses up to 70% as a base malt, giving it a bready flavor and characteristic citrus notes.
Used for Bitter, Scotch Ale, White IPA, Wheat beers. Up to 5-15% Bitter, Scotch Ale, White IPA, 50-70% in wheat beer.
