A wonderfully unique Norwegian kvaik, Hornindal's blend of cooperative strains creates a tropical flavor and complex aroma that can manifest as stone fruit, pineapple and dried fruit, complementing fruity hops. Add even more dimension to the "C" hops and increase the intensity of the esters by using high fermentation temperatures. Ferments well at 32°C or higher. Non-phenolic and without noticeable foaming, even at higher temperatures.
