"Servomyces" Yeast Nutrients

Lallemand Servomyces is a biological yeast nutrient. It promotes the uptake of minerals and nutrients, accelerates fermentation, and improves yeast viability, sedimentation, and sugar consumption. It reduces sulfur off-flavors and diacetyl levels, ensuring a healthier fermentation. Complies with Reinheitsgebot requirements. Dosage: 1 capsule (270 mg) for 4–26 liters of wort, added 10 minutes before the end of boiling. These nutrients can also be added directly to the fermenter (if not boiling) by opening the protective capsule.
