Homemade beer kit from malt - Hefeweizen

Hefeweizen is a traditional Bavarian wheat beer brewed with at least 50% wheat malt and yeast, which creates a distinctive aroma of cloves and bananas. The hopping is very low, so the beer has the most pronounced flavors of wheat, Pilsner malts and bread.

OG: about 1,050
FG: about 1,009
ABV: about 5.5%
IBUs: about 12
EBC: about 9

Ingredients:
Malts: Pilsen, Wheat, Wheat Munich, Dextrine.
Hops: Mandarina Bavaria. Yeast: Wheat.

We recommend adding 5-6% rice husks to the brine.
