All-grain homebrew kit - Hefeweizen

Hefeweizen is a traditional Bavarian wheat beer brewed with at least 50% wheat malt and yeast that creates a distinctive clove and banana aroma. Hopping is very low, so the beer primarily highlights the taste of wheat, Pilsner malt, and bread.

We recommend adding 5-6% rice hulls during mashing.
