A general purpose, relatively neutral sensory effect suitable for almost any style of wine. This fast-fermenting yeast is very robust, tolerating difficult fermentation conditions and alcohol content up to 18% ABV.
Suitable for fortified wines, high alcohol wines, mead, vegetable wines, flower wines, etc.
Alcohol tolerance: 18% ABV
Instructions for use: No need to rehydrate - add directly to grape must and mix well. You will achieve the best results by fermenting at a temperature of 14-28 °C.
Storage recommendations: Store in a cool and dry place.
