Viking Red Ale
Viking Red Ale Malt is a strongly aromatic malt rich in melanoidins. It has coloring properties. Ideal for crafting specialty beers such as APA, IPA, Red Ale and dark lagers.
Viking Red Ale Malt has a malty and bitter taste, but it also has roasted and nutty flavors that linger. Red Ale malt is also slightly sour. The amylolytic activity of Red Ale malt is low.
It is recommended to use up to 20%.
