Tannisol is a complex antiseptic and antioxidant product intended for the protection of wine and juice.
Used in wine, it prevents the most common wine defects, such as acetic bacteria and rust, and prevents oxidation-induced changes (browning, cloudiness, loss of aroma). Used in clarified and filtered wines, it helps
to prevent changes and maintain transparency. Added to the wort before fermentation, its antiseptic effect favorably affects the selected microflora, ensuring a complete and high-quality fermentation.
