Talus is an aromatic hop that is typically used only at the end of the brew, including dry hopping.
Formerly known as HBC 692, the newly named Talus is an aroma hop used in end-of-brew and dry hopping. It provides an intense hop aroma that is perfect for IPAs and other hop-heavy beers. Talus hops feature grapefruit, floral, stone fruit, cream, pine, and resinous notes.
