Strata is a dual-purpose hop that can be used at all stages of the brewing process. Strata hops feature many different layers of fruit, both dried and fresh, anchored by dried chilies and hemp spice. Late additions using Strata bring out rounded tropical notes. and layers of bright and fresh fruit flavors; the dry-wrap adds more grapefruit and hemp flavors.
