Strata is a dual-purpose hop that can be used at all stages of the brewing process. Strata hops feature layers of flavor from many different fruits, both dried and fresh, anchored by dried chili and hemp spice. Late additions using Strata bring out layers of rounded tropical and bright, fresh fruit flavors; dry hopping adds more grapefruit and hemp flavors.
