StellarSan – Phosphoric Acid Sanitizer

A 100% food-grade, no-rinse sanitizer that can be diluted up to 500 liters using our two-chamber mixing bottle. Simply unscrew the cap of the small dosing chamber, squeeze the bottle, and the chamber will fill only with the required amount.

Perfect for sanitizing brewing equipment and surfaces. Not suitable for use on wood, unglazed porcelain, or other porous materials. Not suitable for soft metals such as aluminum, copper, or brass.

Even after use, for example, in a bucket, the sanitizer can be reused. This makes it the obvious choice for your brewing sanitation needs, significantly reducing your costs.

The new and improved phosphoric acid formula provides a unique microorganism-killing system that is unaffected by organic impurities and ensures high foaming and optimal coverage and penetration.

Please note that foam is normal! Pour the wort directly onto the foam, as this is a foaming, no-rinse formula. Our formula can be metabolized by yeast and acts as a nutrient, promoting yeast growth. Follow this procedure, and it will not impart any off-flavors or aromas.

Unlike other aggressive chemical sanitizers, StellarSan does not stain, is safe for stainless steel, and is stable over a wide temperature range.
