Can and Bottle Filler

This can and bottle filler is ideal for bottle cans or even glasses. Using two adjustable stainless steel tubes, one is used to purge oxygen from the container and the other is used to fill the container to an exact level by the internal pressure sensor.

OLED Digital Display
The OLED display makes calibration extremely easy. It also allows you to track fill rate, number of cycles/fills, purge time, fill height, and allows for on-the-fly adjustment of fill requirements for convenient changes during filling.

Integrated ball lock connections allow for quick connection of beer and gas ball lock connectors. We recommend using Duotight Ball Lock gas and liquid disconnects connected to these input and output connections.

Integrated Regulator
Other filling devices require an external regulator which can reduce the pressure below typical keg dispensing pressure. Unlike these other filling machines, this filler has an integrated regulator, saving time and installation costs. This integrated regulator means you won't damage the machine by accidentally connecting it to a high-pressure gas source. You can connect the gas line without using another external regulator or fussing with gas supply at all. Just set the integrated regulator once during setup and forget about it.

Multi-functional
Thanks to the long stainless steel tubes and adjustable height, this device can be used for almost all bottles up to 30 cm high or cans up to 27 cm high. It can also be used for still or carbonated beverages. So this device is useful for wine bottles, beer cans, champagne, crown seal bottles, and almost all other bottles, cans, and/or containers with a neck opening larger than 15 mm. It can also be used to fill glasses, jars, or other containers.

RAPT.io Connectivity (via Wifi)

Suitable for small production companies as well.

In addition to all the features listed above, this filler connects to Wifi to monitor cans per minute (CPM), fill rate, and even temperature (if you purchase an external probe separately). It logs all usage information so you can monitor how your machine is performing, or even monitor your staff to make sure they are cycling the machine at an acceptable rate. Connecting to the RAPT.io portal will allow you to easily change settings, update profiles, and track fill days so you can historically monitor how a fill day went and which day you processed each batch.

Wall-Mounted Design

This type of can and bottle filler is primarily designed for wall mounting. This allows the can or bottle to be pulled towards the filling device from the bottom of the unit. To mount this unit to the wall, you can download and print this template.
