Simpsons PALE CHOCOLATE
Pale Chocolate is a lightly roasted specialty malt. Light chocolate is milder than chocolate malt, but still offers some of the stronger flavors of darker roasted malts. Small amounts of light chocolate work well for color correction, while larger amounts add not only color but also a strong flavor, making it perfect for porters, brown oils, and stouts.
Used in Winter Warmers, Brown Ale, Porter, Stout, Dark Mild. Up to 10%
