The Cider Enhancer contains a special blend of apple juice concentrate, invert sugar syrup, and glucose syrup. It has been carefully formulated to suit a wide range of cider styles.

Use this product in your brewing as an alternative to approximately 1 kg of dextrose – this will enhance the cider's flavor, provide more "body," and give a fuller mouthfeel.
