In 1862, Coopers brewery operations were conducted near a locality known as "Devil's Half Acre". This rather intimidating name came from the menacing people who frequented that neighborhood. As a result, the place had a reputation for being best avoided at night.

This "devilish" beer is inspired by the dark characters of "Devil's Half Acre". Black as a menacing night, this strong porter features ruby hues, a wonderful chocolate and toffee malt character, medium bitterness with fruity hop nuances, and a rich creamy head. It will surely unleash your dark side.
