This yeast is full of orange and peach aroma and clean and dry fermentation. Gulo® was born from the crossing of Omega Yeast as an Irish Ale (OYL-005) and a French Saison (OYL-026). IPA), stout or Bière de Garde.

The STA1 gene of this strain, Saccharomyces cerevisiae var. diastaticus indicator, the tests are positive, it can ferment dextrins, so its attenuation is very high.

Attenuation: Very high 85-90%

Flocculation: Moderate

Alcohol tolerance: 12%

Temperature range: 20-25°C
