Motueka, also known as Belgian Saaz or B Saaz, is a major New Zealand hop. Derived from Saaz and an unnamed New Zealand variety, it is a great dual-purpose hop with an interesting fruity aroma with fresh tropical and citrus notes. The hops can be used at any stage of the brewing process and are excellent for sweet, malty and fruity beers.
