Motueka, known as Belgian Saaz or B Saaz, is a staple New Zealand hop. It is derived from Saaz and an unnamed New Zealand variety. It is an excellent dual-purpose hop with an interesting fruit aroma with fresh notes of tropical fruits and citrus. Hops can be used at any stage of the brewing process and are perfect for sweet, malty, and fruity beers.
