Idaho 7 hops are known for their juicy aromas of tropical fruits and citrus fruits (apricot, orange, red grapefruit, papaya) with big resinous pine notes and hints of flowers and black tea. Idaho 7 is suitable as a single hop or as a late addition. Its high oil content makes this hop ideal for dry hopping.
