The FermZilla Tri Conical Gen 3.2 is a PET fermentation vessel with Tri-Clamp connections. Compared to previous generations of tanks, this makes connecting and disconnecting, especially cleaning, much easier!
The FermZilla 27L Tri-Conical is designed for pressure fermentation and, with the appropriate accessories, will ensure completely oxygen-free fermentation. Only simple (non-pressure) fermentation is possible with the standard configuration.
Gen 3.2: The yeast collector has now been changed and features a Tri-Clamp cap. The butterfly valve is now 3" to 3", leading directly into the yeast collector.
Do not use the device at temperatures above 55 degrees (do not pour liquid hotter than 55 degrees)
