Thomas Cooper had two wives and 19 children, who later had their own children and grandchildren. It is no wonder that today the brewery is run and operated by the fifth and sixth generation of Coopers. They keep all the family secrets.

Luckily for beer lovers, one of the secrets passed down by the Cooper family is the recipe for Amber Ale. A rich, deep copper color, medium-bodied Ale with a biscuity malt flavor balanced by caramel sweetness and nutty notes with citrus hops. Definitely a secret worth sharing.
