Chateau PALE ALE - Belgian base malt
Usually used as a base malt or in combination with Pilsen 2RS malt to give a richer malt flavor and additional color. Because this malt is deeper in color, the wort can take on a golden hue. Château Pale Ale malts are roasted longer and generally better modified, resulting in a more pronounced flavor than Pilsen 2RS. Use for pale ales, most traditional English ale styles up to 100%.
