Château Cara Clair is a Belgian caramel malt. Strengthens the body of beer and its softness, promotes the formation and retention of foam. Also called dextrin malt, this malt is the most common natural body and suds enhancer that increases suds retention primarily due to its dextrins and other complex proteins. Creates soft biscuity notes in the beer aroma.
