Briefly about this beer: This is a classic Belgian Dubbel – strong, dark, fruity (dried fruits, plums, raisins), with chocolate/coffee/roast notes, a subtle caramel sweetness, and the phenolic spice characteristic of Belgian yeast (cloves, pepper). Long conditioning (recommended at least 2–3 months, but best – 6+ months) allows the flavors to mature and soften, making it truly "divine".
Additionally, this beer requires 500g of dextrose or beer enhancer.
