Cherry notes with a distinct wheat character and the main Belgian yeast esters. The taste of cherries is offset by a sweet creaminess from the wheat malt. Pleasant acidity is followed by Belgian yeast notes.

ABV about 5.8%
Bitterness: IBU 25-32
Color: Ruby red
Yeast: Belgian ale

Ingredients:
malt extract (barley), hops, dried brewer's yeast, hop extract, cherry extract, glucose.

This kit also requires:
0.5kg dextrose. Carbonation sugar required for bottling: 5g per litre. or carbonation drops (dextrose tablets)

This set can produce 18l of beer.
