Malt homebrewing kit - Bali Fresh Neipa

This beer is a creation of the modern New England IPA (NEIPA) style, distinguished by its soft taste, tropical fruit aroma, and rich haze. The base consists of Golden Promise®™ malt, which gives the beer a light sweetness and full body. Oats and wheat malt enhance the texture, creating a smooth, velvety mouthfeel and ensuring a firm and long-lasting head.

Hops – Cascade, Nectaron and Mosaic – are subtly balanced to emphasize the beer's fruity character. Cascade added during the boil provides a gentle bitterness, while Nectaron and Mosaic, added during the whirlpool and dry hopping stages, fill the aroma with exotic fruit notes: pineapple, strawberry, and citrus.
