All-grain homebrew kit - Bali Fresh Neipa

This beer is a creation in the modern New England IPA (NEIPA) style, distinguished by a smooth taste, tropical fruit aroma, and rich haziness. The foundation consists of Golden Promise®™ malt, which provides the beer with a light sweetness and full body. Oats and wheat malt complement the texture, creating a soft, velvety mouthfeel while ensuring a firm and long-lasting head.

The hops – Cascade, Nectaron, and Mosaic – are subtly balanced to highlight the beer's fruity character. Cascade added during the boil provides a gentle bitterness, while Nectaron and Mosaic, added during the whirlpool and dry hopping stages, infuse the aroma with exotic fruit notes: pineapple, strawberry, and citrus.
