Malt home beer kit - Bali Fresh Neipa

This beer is a modern New England IPA (NEIPA) style creation, with a smooth taste, tropical fruit aromas and rich haze. Golden Promise®™ malt is the base, giving the beer a light sweetness and full body. Oat and wheat malts add texture, creating a soft, velvety mouthfeel and ensuring a firm and long-lasting head.

The hops – Cascade , Nectaron and Mosaic – are subtly balanced to highlight the beer’s fruity character. Cascade added during the boil provides a mild bitterness, while Nectaron and El Dorado, added during the whirlpool and dry hopping stages, fill the aroma with exotic fruit notes: pineapple, strawberry and citrus.
