Vikingų Apa - an American pale ale style beer with American Simcoe and Columbus hops. A medium hop aroma and a sufficiently strong malt flavor make this beer balanced and easy to drink. This is a slightly updated version of our Pale Ale No. 1 recipe.

Expected parameters:
OG: about 1.050-1.052
FG: about 1.011-1.012
ABV: about 5.5%
IBU: about 30
EBC: about 14
Ingredients:
Malts: Pale Ale, Cara Blond, Cara Clair, Cara Honey.
Hops: Columbus, Simcoe. Yeast: M36 Liberty Bell.
