A beer style born in London in the first half of the 18th century. It was widely consumed in pubs in the city and its outskirts by workers and quickly became popular. It has a medium alcohol strength, dark brown color, characteristic caramel and chocolate notes typical of the style, as well as light herbal notes from classic English hops. Medium attenuation English ale yeast guarantees moderate sweetness and body for this beer.
