Amber in color with a fluffy white head. The aroma is rich malt with notes of dark fruits, plums and raisins. The taste is soft, malty, light to medium. The sweetness is pleasantly balanced by moderate bitterness. The taste is clean and dry.

ABV about 5%
Bitterness: IBU 22-28
Color: Amber
Yeast: American West Coast yeast

Ingredients:
malt extract (barley), hops, dried brewer's yeast, hop extract.

This kit also requires:
1kg dextrose or 1kg beer improver (liquid malt extract can also be used). Carbonation sugar required for bottling: 6g per litre. or carbonation drops (dextrose tablets)
