"Imperial Malt" malt gives a rich taste and aroma of biscuits. The warm brown notes it imparts to the wort enhance the depth of color without diminishing the enzymatic activity.
Used for Light Ales , Brown Ales, Porters and Stouts. Up to 20% in pale beers to enhance flavor, up to 50% in brown beers and porters, up to 80% in dark beers and stouts.
