Imperial Malt malt provides a rich flavor and biscuit aroma. The warm brown notes it imparts to the wort enhance the depth of color without reducing enzymatic activity.
Used in Pale Ales , Brown Ales, Porters and Stouts. Up to 20% in pale ales to improve flavor, up to 50% in brown ales and porters, up to 80% in dark ales and stouts.
