1. Use as a sparge sprinkler

Using this device for recirculation helps to:

• Avoid channeling: Prevents wort from flowing in a single strong stream that could create paths through the grain bed (known as channeling).

• Cascade effect: Wort falls evenly onto the surface of the grain bed, ensuring more efficient sugar extraction.

2. Use for aeration (oxygenation)

Used to saturate the batch with oxygen before pitching yeast:

• Efficiency: Allows reaching dissolved oxygen levels of up to 8 ppm (parts per million).

• Yeast health: Better aeration ensures healthy yeast propagation and cleaner fermentation.
