Wheat malt brings out the distinctive taste of wheat beer. Château Wheat Blanc malt is very important in the production of wheat beer, but due to its protein content, which gives the beer a richer taste and better foam stability, it is also used in barley malt beer (3-5%). Wheat does not have an outer husk, so it has less tannins than barley.
Used for wheat, white, light beer styles. It is recommended to use up to 35%.
