Chateau OAT FLAKES - Belgian oatmeal

Château Oatmeal provides a creamy and silky mouthfeel and improves beer thickness and foam retention due to its high glycan and protein content. They can be added directly to the wort without being ground or boiled because it is a pre-gelatinized and flaked additive. Used for English Porter, Stout, New England IPA, and Belgium Wit beers up to 10%.
