"Château" hulled oat malt gives the beer an exceptional silky smoothness. Perfect for dark beers to improve body, foam retention and flavor. Used as a flavoring agent, it brings out the biscuit flavor in beer and gives beer a unique texture and creamy mouthfeel. Used for dark, porter, stout, winter beer styles up to 15%.
