Château Chocolat malt is a very roasted malt with a dark brown color. Château Chocolat malt is used to adjust the color of the beer and imparts a nutty, roasted flavor. Château Chocolat malt has many of the characteristics of black malt, but is less bitter and lighter than black malt.

Used for brown, dark and black beers such as stout, porter, brown styles up to 7%
