Pungent and phenolic, this yeast echoes the intensity and complexity of some of Belgium's best monastic brews. High attenuation and tolerance to alcohol allows brewing many types of Belgian beer.

Suitable for brewing Belgian strong golden and Belgian strong dark beers.

Attenuation: Very high (82-92%)

Flocculation: Moderate

Instructions for use: Pour directly onto up to 23 l of wort. For best results, ferment at 18-28 degrees C (64-82 degrees F).
