Simpsons AROMATIC - English malt

Simpsons Aromatic Malt is slightly more acidic to balance the pH. The complex sweetness with sour aftertastes gives a wonderful mouthfeel. As a result, combined with intense malt and raisin notes, Aromatic Malt is a versatile product that can be used from 5% to provide a warm honey aroma, and up to 50% as a base malt for dark beers to provide raisin and plum notes. Gives a beautiful deep brown color. Used for ales, porters, stouts, bocks and other beers with more body and flavor.
